Who is responsible
Ezzaeem Technology Inc. (“we”, “us”) is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Our privacy contact is Al Moutaz Billah Ezzaeem, reachable at ezzaeemtech.ca@gmail.com or (437) 223-6088.
What we collect and why
When you use the contact form we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number (optional), whether you are a company or organization, the service you are interested in, and your message. We use it only to respond to your enquiry and to assess how we can help you. We do not collect payment information, and this website has no accounts or file uploads.
Please do not send your Social Insurance Number, banking details or other sensitive information through the form. We will explain how to share documents securely after you contact us.
Consent
We collect your information with your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. If you withdraw consent, we will stop using your information for your enquiry and delete it unless we are required to keep it.
How we use your information
We use it to reply to you, to discuss and scope possible work, and to keep a record of our communication. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Disclosure to service providers
Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a form-handling service, and delivered to our email provider (Gmail). These providers act on our behalf and may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to courts and authorities under local laws. We do not otherwise share your information unless you ask us to or the law requires it.
Retention and disposal
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond and to meet our legal and professional obligations. If we do not begin work together, we will securely delete your enquiry within a reasonable period. If we do begin work together, information is handled as described in our written agreement.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and limited access. No method of transmission over the internet, including email and web forms, is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive details through them.
Your rights: access and correction
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details above and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
Email communications (CASL)
We only send emails in reply to your enquiries. We do not send marketing emails unless you have given express consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
Complaints
If you have a concern, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed, and the current version is always on this page.
